Urban Planning & Development Authority Joins ‘Tawasul’

The Urban Planning & Development Authority (UPDA) has been added to the entities participating in the national suggestions and complaints system, Tawasul, its Chief Executive Officer, Noof Abdulrahman Jamsheer announced. She said the move is in line with UPDA’s commitment to elevating the quality of its services, improving government performance, and providing prompt responses based on the opinions and feedback of stakeholders.

She said the move is in line with UPDA’s commitment to elevating the quality of its services, improving government performance, and providing prompt responses based on the opinions and feedback of stakeholders.

 

Jamsheer said: “We are pleased to announce that the UPDA, in coordination with the Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA), has joined the Tawasul system, which is one of the most efficient and convenient channels for receiving suggestions and complaints related to government entities in the Kingdom.”

 

UPDA welcomes all suggestions, complaints, and enquiries submitted through the Tawasul system, which can be accessed via the National Portal bahrain.bh/tawasul. The Tawasul app is also available for download on bahrain.bh/apps for both android and iOS users. The public is welcome to call 80008001 for further enquiries.
